Privacy Policy

How Navs Site collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the directory and related services.

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide Navs Site. This may include your name, email address, profile image, account credentials, authentication-provider details, and information you provide when contacting us or managing your account. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, and service errors.

2. Directory Submissions

When you submit an AI tool, we process the tool name, website URL, description, categories, links, images, and other information you provide. Published listing information may be visible to the public. We use submission data to operate the directory, review and publish listings, provide submission history, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

3. Uploaded Media

Images uploaded through the website or API may be resized into a main image and thumbnail and stored with our media-storage provider. An upload can be bound to one or more submissions according to the product's current rules. Unbound uploads may be removed after their cleanup window; once an upload is cleaned up, its media identifier can no longer be used.

4. API, Credits, and Billing Data

If you use the API, we process API-key identifiers, request metadata, idempotency information, rate-limit information, operation results, and credit usage. If you purchase a plan or credit pack, we process subscription, transaction, currency, payment status, refund, and entitlement records. Payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider; Navs Site does not intentionally store raw card numbers.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Security Logs

Cookies and similar technologies help maintain authentication sessions, remember preferences, support language and theme settings, protect the service, and understand technical failures. We may retain security and audit logs, including request and account events, to detect fraud, investigate abuse, maintain reliability, and protect users and infrastructure.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payments, email, analytics when enabled, and media storage. These providers receive the information needed to perform their services, such as authentication profile data, payment details, delivery information, technical logs, or media files. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, and preserve necessary audit records. You can delete your account through the available account settings flow or contact us for a privacy request. Account deletion may not immediately remove records that must be retained, and public directory content may require separate review or removal.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may review or update available account information, revoke API keys, remove submissions where the product supports it, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

9. Public and Third-Party Links

Directory listings may link to websites and services that Navs Site does not operate. Information you share with those services is governed by their policies. Review their privacy practices before submitting information or following an external link.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].
