Terms that govern access to and use of the Navs Site directory, submission tools, API, and paid services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Navs Site, you agree to these Terms and applicable requirements. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to the directory, website submissions, API access, account features, credits, subscriptions, and other services we make available.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the information in your account, keeping your login credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. You must not create accounts or use the service to impersonate others, evade restrictions, or access data that you are not authorized to use.
3. Submissions and Content Rights
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and usefulness of submitted tool information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide submitted text, images, URLs, trademarks, and other materials. You grant Navs Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and promote submitted content as needed to operate the directory.
4. Review and Editorial Decisions
We may review, edit for clarity or formatting, publish, reject, unpublish, remove, categorize, or change the presentation of any submission. Paid access or a launch benefit does not guarantee approval, publication, continued placement, a particular category, or any editorial outcome.
5. API Keys and Acceptable API Use
Keep API Keys confidential and use them only for authorized activity. You must not share, resell, transfer, scrape through, overload, probe, or abuse the API. Requests must follow the published format, category rules, image limits, idempotency rules, and rate limits. We may rotate, revoke, throttle, or suspend an API Key or account for abuse, fraud, security risk, or a breach of these Terms.
6. Usage Credits
Usage credits are consumed by eligible operations at the cost shown in the current product or API documentation. Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of their billing period and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased or administratively granted credits are permanent unless a displayed product rule says otherwise, but may be adjusted, reclaimed, or invalidated after a refund, fraud finding, abuse, or account correction.
7. Plans and Subscriptions
Plan names, prices, billing cycles, currencies, and benefits are shown on the pricing or checkout page. A subscription renews according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled. When you cancel, the subscription remains active through the current paid period, does not renew afterward, and subscription benefits end when that period ends.
8. Launch Benefits and Listing Attributes
Moderation-free publishing, featured placement, editable submissions, and dofollow links are plan or launch benefits only when shown for the applicable plan and submission. Launch benefits may change or end. Featured placement and dofollow links do not guarantee traffic, rankings, indexing, conversions, or any search-engine result, and we may still reject or remove duplicate, misleading, unsafe, or policy-violating content.
9. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are processed through the selected payment provider and are subject to the price and currency shown at checkout. We do not promise a fixed refund period. A refund may be issued when required by applicable law or approved after review. If a payment is refunded, we may cancel related subscriptions, revoke related benefits, and reclaim unused credits associated with that payment.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use Navs Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activity. Do not submit malware, misleading claims, unauthorized content, or material intended to manipulate the directory, links, rankings, or users.
11. Service Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, prices, benefits, or the service. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the service, comply with requirements, investigate abuse, or address a breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; the date above identifies the latest version.
