What is AI Icon Creator?
AI app icon generator with 20+ curated styles
AI Icon Creator is a web app for making app icons. You type what the icon should show, for example "a calm blue whale for a meditation app", pick one of 20+ curated styles, and it generates a square icon. The styles go from flat graphic shapes to clay 3D, frosted glass, metal and cartoon characters, and new ones are added regularly. Each style has its own settings, like preset colours or a custom HEX code, a facial expression for the character styles, and a simpler or more detailed look. You can also start from a picture of your own in most styles.
If most of an icon works but one part doesn't, you can mark up to three spots and describe what should change, instead of starting over. Every edit is saved as a new version. Before downloading, the icon can be checked at 64, 32 and 29 px on light and dark backgrounds. Export the full-size PNG and one pack with the iOS, Android and web sizes; selected styles also export editable SVG and layered PSD files (Beta).
New accounts get free credits to try it. After that, credits come from monthly plans starting at $14.90 or one-time packs starting at $9.90.
