What counts as a session?
One visit to your store by one shopper. A session ends after 30 minutes without activity or after 24 hours, and plan quotas count sessions across all sites in a workspace.
What happens when I reach my session limit?
Nothing breaks on your store. Benson emails you as you approach the limit and again when you reach it, then keeps everything on for another 72 hours so you have time to upgrade.
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of everything in the Own plan, with no card. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you pick a plan, and your data and settings stay.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time from Settings and Billing. Upgrades apply straight away; cancelling or downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What can Benson do at checkout?
On Shopify, no app can change what an extension shows inside checkout, so Benson hides pop-ups on storefront pages and protects checkout at code level with allowlisted codes.
