Overview

What is ElderMate?

AI check-in calls for parents. A short summary for you.

ElderMate helps families stay close to elderly parents between their own calls and visits. You set up a loved one with their permission, choose a schedule and conversation prompts, and ElderMate's AI assistant makes a gentle wellness check-in call. After each call you receive a short summary of what was discussed and what may need attention.

The parent does not need an app: they simply answer a regular phone call, while you manage everything from your own phone. Calls can use your notes, for example asking whether a parent has taken their usual medication, and you can keep separate schedules and histories for more than one loved one.

ElderMate is a family caregiving companion. It does not provide medical advice or emergency monitoring, and it is built for caregivers, adult children and family guardians who want reassurance between visits.
