About Emerge
Emerge (ProcureOS) is a transportation spend management and freight procurement platform built for shippers. Founded in 2017 in Scottsdale, Arizona by Andrew Leto and Michael Leto, Emerge helps companies that buy truckload and LTL freight get out of email threads and spreadsheets and run procurement as a discipline. One load entry reaches your own carriers and the Emerge Marketplace of 45,000+ vetted, continuously monitored asset-based carriers at the same time. Every quote comes back in a single normalized view with a live market benchmark attached, so you know whether a rate is competitive before you award it, not after the invoice arrives. The platform covers the full procurement motion: daily spot quoting, annual RFPs, mini bids, LTL quoting through your own carrier and brokerage accounts, tendering, tracking and visibility, and carrier scorecards. Emerge AI adds spend optimization, contract and spot benchmarking, and lane intelligence, and Dynamic Book It Now automatically books routine loads within rate parameters you set. In a published study, 85% of shippers using Dynamic Book It Now secured rates below market, averaging 8.5% below. Published customer results include Golden State Foods' 18% reduction in transportation costs and Dollar Tree's forecast of close to $6 million in year-over-year savings. Emerge integrates with existing TMS platforms including Oracle OTM, MercuryGate, e2open, Princeton TMX, and IntelliTrans, is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and is rated 5.0 on G2 (per Emerge's published comparison, August 2026).
