Every quote comes back in a single normalized view with a live market benchmark attached, so you know whether a rate is competitive before you award it, not after the invoice arrives. The platform covers the full procurement motion: daily spot quoting, annual RFPs, mini bids, LTL quoting through your own carrier and brokerage accounts, tendering, tracking and visibility, and carrier scorecards. Emerge AI adds spend optimization, contract and spot benchmarking, and lane intelligence, and Dynamic Book It Now automatically books routine loads within rate parameters you set. In a published study, 85% of shippers using Dynamic Book It Now secured rates below market, averaging 8.5% below. Published customer results include Golden State Foods' 18% reduction in transportation costs and Dollar Tree's forecast of close to $6 million in year-over-year savings.
