The problem Applying to jobs is mostly wasted motion. You read a posting, guess whether you are a fit, and rewrite your resume for it, often before finding out you were never close. ## How hirly works hirly reads your resume once and then scores live openings against it, so the ranking comes first and the writing comes second. For each strong match it drafts a resume and a cover letter aimed at that specific posting rather than reusing a generic version, and fills in the ATS application form. It stops there. hirly does not send anything on your behalf: you review every document and every application and press submit yourself. ## Useful limitations hirly is paid software with a free preview rather than a free tier. The preview scores three live openings and shows the tailored documents in full without a card, but downloading them or applying requires a plan. Daily application limits apply per plan: 15 a day on Pro against 400 ranked matches, 40 a day on Autopilot against 800. There are no per-application fees and plans can be cancelled at any time.
