1 / 2Overview
What is Kai Resolve by Gleap?
Support that does the digging for you.
Kai Resolve by Gleap is an AI agent for the support tickets your docs cannot answer. Acting as a second-level support engineer, it investigates difficult tickets using screen recordings, logs, account data, and read-only access to your code — then answers the customer or escalates with a diagnosis.
When it confirms a bug, it converts it into a coding task with evidence attached, ready for Kai Code, Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, so engineers only review and merge. It never modifies source code: investigations are strictly read-only, and when it is uncertain it says so instead of guessing.
Kai Resolve is included from the Team plan ($149/month) upward and bills about $0.49 per investigation on average; every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Kai Resolve by Gleap Key Features
Evidence gathering
Collects investigation material from ticket threads, device and SDK versions, console and network logs, click trails, screenshots, screen recordings, account data, and code repositories via MCP.
Read-only code investigation
Clones repositories in a sandbox to trace issues to their root cause, citing the specific suspicious files and line numbers.
Three investigation outcomes
Answers the customer with a sourced explanation, matches feature requests to the existing roadmap, or escalates to the team with a diagnosis.
Confirmed bugs become coding tasks
Turns verified bugs into evidence-backed coding tasks handed to Kai Code, Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor for engineers to review and merge.
Never touches source code
Investigations are strictly read-only with destructive actions blocked; when unsure, it says so and re-investigates or asks the team.

Common questions
Kai Resolve by Gleap FAQs
What is Kai Resolve?
It is the tier-2 AI support engineer inside Gleap. It takes the tickets that Kai Support cannot answer and investigates them with evidence before replying or escalating.
What does it need access to?
Ticket and conversation threads, plus what the Gleap SDK collects: device and SDK versions, console and network logs, click trails, screenshots, and recordings. Via MCP it can also read account data and code repositories read-only.
Will an investigation change my source code?
No. Investigations are fully read-only and never commit or push. Confirmed bugs become evidence-backed coding tasks that your team reviews and merges as pull requests.
What happens when it is not sure about the cause?
It states the conclusion is uncertain instead of guessing, re-investigates from another angle once, and if still unclear, asks your team.
Which plan includes Kai Resolve?
Team and above (Pro, Enterprise). Each investigation bills for the work it does, averaging about $0.49; failed-to-start investigations are not charged.
