Act one is the proposal. You publish versioned proposals (v1, v2, v3) to the client's link, and OnboardHive tracks what happens next: every open, active read-time measured in ten-second heartbeats while the tab is genuinely visible, and a re-open alert the moment a quiet client comes back. That return visit is the strongest buying signal in the pipeline, and most teams never see it. Clients accept or decline inside the link. No login, no account, no PDF lost in an email thread.

Then the link flips. The client says yes and the same URL becomes a branded onboarding portal. Nothing to resend, nothing to re-explain.
