Overview

What is Overmind?

Open-source platform for continuous learning

Overmind is the training platform for AI teams building specialised agents. Instead of relying on the same frontier models for every task, teams can run the full loop of a frontier lab on their own data: collect traces, build evaluations, train, test and ship, then repeat.

Connect the MCP to Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode to start. Tracing scores production behaviour as it arrives, datasets turn traces into evaluation and training sets, and optimisers run prompt, tool and code experiments that return as a git diff. Fine-tuned models are benchmarked against the model you run today, and you own the weights, with the choice to host on Overmind or run them yourself.

The platform is open source and self-hostable, and the free plan includes monthly training and deployment jobs plus a $50 one-time starter credit. Pro costs $120 per month and Enterprise is custom-priced.

Capabilities

Overmind Key Features

Agent observability

Connect your repository and production traces to see how your agent decides, and inspect the failing step, tool call and context.

Datasets from production

Turn production traces into versioned evaluation and training sets, cleaned and prepared in the Data Workshop.

Evaluation and optimisation

Define what good means for each capability, measure it on live traffic, and test prompt, tool and code changes before shipping.

Fine-tuning you own

Train small specialised models on your own data, benchmark them against your current model, and download the weights.

Deployment behind one API

Serve your own models and frontier models through one OpenAI-compatible API, or host the platform yourself.
