PayDrop Digital Downloads

PayDrop Digital Downloads replaces the Dropbox link and the manual follow-up email. Setup takes 3 steps: pick a Shopify product, upload the file, and set the rules, either unlimited downloads or a cap (say, 5), and links that never expire or expire after a set number of days (say, 30). From then on, every paid order automatically gets an email with its own secure download link, and every download is tracked against the order.

When a customer loses a file or runs out of downloads, the Orders page has Resend Email and Extend Link Expiry buttons right next to each order, plus CSV export for the full list. Customers can check their own download history, usage count, and expiry in a self-service portal, which cuts down on "where's my file" emails. On the merchant side, a dashboard tracks users, active links, completed downloads, and revenue, and a Reports section covers 5 tabs (Overview, Downloads, File Downloads, Customers, and Refunds), each filterable by date range.
