Overview

What is Rival Workshop?

A bookshelf app to manage every skill your agents read

Rival Workshop is a one-time-purchase kit for developers who build screens with AI coding agents. You get 150 editable skills for Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor — covering the work around the screen across 22 disciplines: tests, security review, launch copy, pricing, accessibility, and more — plus a local bookshelf app that manages which skills each agent loads.

The app shows your project's skills as books on a shelf, sized by how much each agent reads. Switch skills on and off, rewrite them, and add the best ones from the web; the installer adds them to any project folder. Every purchase includes Brief, a kit that turns a code change into a visual report with source references, so you know what your agent changed before you merge.

It's $79 once (launch price until Oct 31, 2026; $149 after), with every future edition included and a 14-day money-back guarantee. A free sample — the app, six full skills, the installer, and working examples — lets you try before buying. Skills are yours to use and edit in unlimited personal or client projects.

Common questions

Rival Workshop FAQs

Why buy this when free skills exist?

Workshop covers the work around the screen — tests, security review, launch copy, and pricing across 22 disciplines — with Brief review, editable examples, and a project installer. Try the free sample first.

Will the price change?

Yes. $79 is the launch price until Oct 31, 2026, 11:59 pm Pacific; from November 1 it's $149. Every future edition stays included either way.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no proof needed. One refund per customer; it closes your order link and future editions.

What do I need to use it?

Your own AI coding tool such as Codex or Claude Code. The Workshop app needs Node 20 or newer; without Node, install from the download page in Dia, Chrome, or Edge. The optional image helper needs Python 3.10+ and your own provider key.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes. Use and edit the skills in unlimited personal or client projects; collaborators on those projects can use them too. You can't resell the download as a competing collection.
