What is Seated by Tini?
AI seating charts for weddings and events
Seated by Tini is a web app for planning event seating. You build a to-scale floor plan of your venue, add your guest list, and arrange who sits where by hand or with AI, then print place cards with QR codes guests scan to find their table.
Key capabilities:
- Build the room to scale with tables, a stage, a bar, and a dance floor, or upload the venue's PDF or a phone photo and let AI rebuild it as an editable plan.
- Import the guest list from a spreadsheet, tag groups, and mark who must sit together or apart, then drag people into chairs or let AI draft full seating options.
- Design place-card themes from a prompt and print on standard Avery sheets.
- Share one live plan with a partner, family, or venue so everyone works from the same chart.
It works for weddings, galas, mitzvahs, quinceaneras, corporate dinners, and other seated events.
