Mac menubar app that shows live status of your coding agents and turns their work into a cozy pixel room.

Homepage hero - a shrine for your agents, with live agent windows
1 / 3Overview
What is Shrine?
A home for your agents
Shrine is a Mac menubar app that sits in your Mac's notch and shows what your coding agents are doing in real time, turning their work into a cozy pixel room. It supports Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, and Grok Bot. Rooms are visual themes - your starter room is free and the rest unlock with Pro. Treasure Chest keeps your API keys in 1Password: agents only see placeholders, and real keys are substituted only on hosts where they're allowed to leave. An MCP helper provides three read-only tools (look, room, who) that read only session logs already on your disk (~/.claude/projects, ~/.codex/sessions, and similar). It runs fully locally and only sends an optional, opt-out anonymous usage count. The app is free; Pro is a one-time $2.49 with no subscription. Requires macOS 14 or later.
