An AI scanner for Confluence that finds contradicting, duplicate, and orphaned pages, then drafts fixes for your approval.

WikiFix docs — what it catches today and what's next
1 / 2Overview
What is WikiFix?
Keep your Confluence true for people and AI
WikiFix is an AI scanner that keeps your Confluence wiki true — for people and for AI. Stale runbooks cause incidents, new hires learn from outdated guides, and copilots like Rovo confidently repeat whatever mistakes live in your docs. You can't read 5,000 pages to find the ten that are wrong; WikiFix can.
It monitors your spaces and surfaces findings it's confident about: pages that contradict each other (claims laid side by side, quoted from each page, so you can settle which is right), duplicate or near-duplicate content, and orphaned pages whose owner has left. You pick the answer that's right, WikiFix writes the fix, you check it and click. Nothing is written until you approve it, and every content fix reverts in one click.
WikiFix runs inside the Confluence you already have — no migration, no new tool to roll out. It's billed through the Atlassian Marketplace on a per-user model, and whatever you pay converts into scan credits spent only on pages that are new or changed since the last scan. Every install starts with $50 of scan credits on the house.

WikiFix Key Features
Contradiction detection
Reads your spaces and surfaces pages that disagree with each other, quoting each claim side by side so you can settle which one is right.

Human-approved fixes
WikiFix writes nothing until you approve; every content fix reverts in one click.
Ask-owner workflow
Posts an inline comment on pages you don't own, laying out each page's claims and @mentioning the owner and space admins.

Common questions
WikiFix FAQs
How accurate is WikiFix?
About 1 in 5 findings were wrong in the founder's hand checks, depending on the wiki. WikiFix only surfaces findings it's confident about, and every finding has a feedback button that the team tunes on.
How is it billed?
Through the Atlassian Marketplace per-user model. What you pay converts into scan credits, spent only on pages that are new or changed since the last scan.
Does it edit pages by itself?
No. WikiFix writes nothing until you approve it, and a content fix reverts in one click. Reassigning the owner of an abandoned page is the one action that doesn't undo, and the card warns you before you click.
Is there a free start?
Yes — every install starts with $50 of scan credits, on the house.
Can it check docs against code?
Not yet. Detecting pages that contradict live code is on the build-next list; v1 only looks inside Confluence.
