1 / 2Overview
What is AgentSDR?
Reach, reply and close from single workspace.
AgentSDR is an open-source, self-hosted AI SDR that runs your outreach from a single workspace. It runs email sequences (Google Workspace), LinkedIn campaigns (Unipile), and WhatsApp voice calls, plus an AI CRM that reads every reply, classifies it, and drafts the answer for a human to approve. A lead database with enrichment tables (CSV/XLSX import, AI columns, Apollo) feeds campaigns, and per-channel analytics track replies, meetings, and customers. Everything runs on your own server with your own model key (any OpenRouter model) — your data lives in your Postgres database and your own Cloudflare R2 bucket, with no hosted service in the middle. It is MIT-licensed and free; you pay only for your server, connected accounts, and AI usage. A live demo with sample data is available with no sign-up.

Common questions
AgentSDR FAQs
Is AgentSDR really free?
Yes. It is MIT open source and self-hosted — no seats, tiers, or per-contact fees. You pay only for your server, connected accounts, and AI usage.
Does the AI send replies on its own?
The AI drafts replies but does not send on its own. Drafts wait in an approval queue until a person sends them.
Where does my data live?
In the Postgres database you run, and call recordings in your own Cloudflare R2 bucket. There is no hosted AgentSDR service in the middle.
What do I need to deploy it?
A machine that runs Docker and PostgreSQL 16+, plus API keys for your channels and an OpenRouter key for AI.
Which AI models can I use?
Any model on OpenRouter, using your own key. Each call is pinned to the provider you picked.
