Can I use my own model API key?
Yes. Add an OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway key in the agent settings and chat replies use 0 Embage credits, including on the Free plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan is free on an ongoing basis with your own API key, and every paid plan is free for 7 days with no credit card required.
What happens after a conversation ends?
A post-conversation workflow scores the chat from 0 to 100, writes a summary with tags and action items, and flags questions your knowledge base could not answer.
