How long can I use Hemory before paying?
You can start free without a payment method: the Free Trial is a one-time 10 listening hours that never reset monthly. Pay only once you have used them up.
What counts toward my listening hours?
Only time when someone is actually speaking. Voice-activity detection filters out silence, gaps and background noise, so leaving it on all day costs far less than it sounds.
Is my audio used to train AI?
No. Hemory states it never uses your audio, transcripts or voice data to train or improve any AI model; raw audio is kept only briefly for transcription, then permanently deleted.
Do I have to leave it listening all day?
Start listening in Manual mode (only when you need it) or Schedule mode (e.g. weekdays 9:00–18:00); the privacy boundary stays yours.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions go through the App Store — cancel any time in Settings → Subscriptions and service continues to the end of the period.
