Orkas is an open-source, local-first desktop AI workforce. A Commander turns goals into executable plans and coordinates specialist agents in parallel or sequence through one chat. It supports research, coding, data analysis, documents, slides, video, and other complex work. Chats, files, project history, and knowledge material stay on the user's device by default; users may use managed official models or connect their own providers.
