Seed3D 2.0 is a production-grade AI 3D generation model launched by ByteDance Seed Team, fully upgraded in geometric modeling and material rendering based on Version 1.0. It adopts a coarse-to-fine two-stage DiT architecture to reconstruct model topology and accurately restore thin walls, sharp edges and complex structures. With MoE mixture-of-experts and VLM visual prior, it generates physically consistent full-set PBR maps of metalness and roughness without texture distortion. It supports multiple inputs including text, single image, multi-view and video, outputs standard GLB andOBJ formats with intelligent component segmentation and articulated joints, compatible with simulation engines and mainstream design software. It is widely applied to game 3D asset production, industrial product design, e-commerce 3D rendering, urban digital twin, AR/VR virtual content and embodied robot simulation, greatly lowering the threshold of professional 3D content creation and enabling mass production efficiently.
