Overview
What is Sistava?
Meet Sistava: Your Autonomous AI Workforce
Sistava is an AI workforce that runs your entire business. Solo founders and pioneering teams hire AI employees to automate sales, marketing, support, finance, and legal work.
- No team to hire.
- No code to write.
- No tools to learn.
You just talk to your AI employees, and they do the work.
Wake Up to Your Business on Autopilot
Imagine waking up to a pipeline that grew overnight. While you slept, your AI workforce was already executing:
- Growth: Sales sequences sent, demos booked, and leads qualified.
- Operations: Support tickets answered, blog posts published, and articles drafted.
- Back Office: Books reconciled, contracts reviewed, and candidates screened.
- Creativity: Designs delivered straight to your inbox.
Sistava runs the day-to-day operations so you can focus strictly on the visionary parts only you can do.
Meet Alice: Your Always-On Chief of Staff
Alice is your personal assistant who never sleeps. She manages your calendar, triages your inbox, coordinates meetings, and handles daily admin.
When a task requires deep domain expertise, Alice seamlessly loops in an AI specialist for:
Marketing • Sales • Support • Finance • HR • Legal • Operations • Product • Design • Data
She remembers what matters, follows up so nothing ever falls through the cracks, and earns back the hours you used to lose to daily busywork.
Seamless Integration & Human-in-the-Loop Control
Your AI employees live exactly where you already work. They join your Slack, sit in your meetings, send and receive their own emails, and slot into your day just like real coworkers.
- Complete Visibility: Every single action is fully auditable.
- Total Control: Every sensitive step pauses and waits for your final approval.
- Fraction of the Cost: They work around the clock on autopilot for the price of a few paid lunches a month—not a heavy payroll line.
Built by a Founder, for Founders
Sistava is a product of SISTA AI, a company built on the core belief that AI should free people from draining work and give time back to humanity.
It was built and is operated solo from Amsterdam by founder Mahmoud Zalt, an open-source contributor and 16-year software engineer. Mahmoud built Sistava out of his own necessity: as a solo operator who wanted to run a real, scaling business without hiring a massive team. Today, he runs his entire company on Sistava, dogfooding the product daily to ensure it delivers.
