Runs realistic spoken mock interviews with an AI hiring manager and gives a scored debrief.
Mock interview call
Overview
What is Toby?
The interview before the interview
Toby is an AI mock interviewer that helps job seekers rehearse for real interviews. Paste a job description and Toby researches the company, maps every interview round and its likely questions, then interviews you on a Meet, Teams or Zoom-style call. Real mode runs straight through like the real thing, while Coach mode gives a note after each answer and a chance to retry. Afterwards you get a scored debrief against the role's rubric, with pace, talk time, filler words and a stronger version of each answer built only from what you actually said. The first 5 minutes on a call are free; after that you pay by the minute with no subscription.
