Vaani Developer Platform is a no-code harness for building voice AI agents that sound and behave human on real phone calls. Describe the agent you want in plain language and Teacher AI asks clarifying questions about languages, objections, qualifying criteria and handoffs, then builds a deployment-ready agent with a readiness score — no prompt engineering or flowcharts required.
On calls, agents make small talk, pause for turn-taking, switch language and dialect automatically, and speak with realistic voices with emotional tags at about 450ms p90 latency. They can hold, schedule callbacks, hand off to another agent or a human, and answer from a connected knowledge base mid-call. Every call ends with structured data — extracted fields and a disposition — so teams know what happened without reading transcripts.
Billing is pay as you go from a prepaid wallet: a platform fee of ₹1 per minute plus the model, voice and telephony components you use, with the option to bring your own provider keys. An Enterprise plan with custom terms is available for larger calling operations.

What makes up the cost of a call?
Telephony, speech recognition, AI reasoning, voice synthesis, the platform fee and any add-ons. Usage-based billing charges only for the components you use.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
Add funds to your wallet and call charges are deducted as usage is processed. Phone-number rentals and enabled add-ons may be charged separately.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes. For a supported component connected with your own key, that component is not charged through Vaani, while the platform fee and other Vaani components still apply.
Does browser voice carry a telephony charge?
No. WebRTC browser calls have no telephony charge, though speech, reasoning, voice, platform and add-on charges still depend on your stack.
What does pay as you go include?
