What is Perch?
Semantic code linting for coding agents and CI
Perch checks code against saved requirements written in plain English. Define rules for a project, file, or method and run them while a coding agent edits your repository or in CI.
The workflow is check an edit, fix a reported finding, then check again. Relevant source for fresh analysis goes to the configured model service; unchanged code reuses cached answers.
Install the MIT-licensed CLI with npm install -g @lakeday/perch. Public source: https://github.com/lakeday-org/perch. Hosted checks use usage billing without seat fees.
