Mermaid is one AI agent for your whole Mac — and you text it from your phone. Ask from your iPhone and Mermaid does the work on your Mac in your own apps: Safari, Chrome, Notes, Mail, Messages, VS Code, WhatsApp, Finder, Claude.
It checks the result and shows you when it's done. Before anything consequential — sending, deleting, buying — it asks for your approval on your phone, and you can stop it at any time. What do I need?
A Mac (Apple silicon or Intel, macOS 14+) and an iPhone (iOS 17+), with Mermaid on both signed in to the same account. Android is coming soon.
Do I need to be on the same Wi-Fi?
Only to pair the first time. After that, Mermaid reaches your Mac over Wi-Fi or mobile data — your Mac just needs to be awake and online.
Will it do things without asking me?
Before consequential actions like sending or deleting, it asks for approval on your phone, and you can tap Stop anytime.
