Users upload a static image, complete a human check, compare the enhanced image, and download the result. The service is free, requires no account, and adds no watermark, with a limit of 20 images per UTC day. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, HEIC, and HEIF up to 20 MB. Private result links expire after 24 hours. Text Deblur is an image enhancement tool, not OCR, and does not guarantee accurate reconstruction of characters or recovery of intentionally redacted information.
