Draw a house yourself - feet and inches down to 1/16 inch, with live dimensions and 27 templates - or just describe what you want and FloorGen AI proposes a plan, builds it, and checks its own work. Every change is an undo step, and it asks before deleting anything.
As you draw, IRC code checks run live (with profiles for Canada, the UK, Germany, and Mexico City), and each issue gets a 'Fix with AI' button. Every plan becomes a furnished 3D model you can walk through, day or night, and you can print elevations and plan sets to scale as PDF, DXF, SVG, or glTF.
